All items shipped using Australia Post requires a Signature on Delivery. If you are unable to collect the item, a “sorry we missed you card” will be left and it will be your responsibility to attend an Australia post outlet to collect your item.
Riders Market does not accept responsibility for loss or damage of any items during shipping. If in any case you receive an item that is damaged we suggest you follow it up with the service provider. All orders shipped out of Australia are shipped with Australia Post Express Courier International. They advise 5-10 business day delivery to most countries around the world.
